To us, an off duty lifestyle has been our normal for the past few years, we live our nonchalant cool girl aesthetic lives off duty in between navigating our professional and side hustle jobs. We took the leap to open our first Reformer Pilates and Mat Studio back in our hometown 2 years ago as it was something we needed at the time…Turns out a whole lot of other people needed it too.
The idea of wellness for us shifted after retiring as elite athletes, evolving into a blend of sometimes messy but practical to elevated to minimal and everything in between. We do the best we can, life gets tough sometimes. That’s the beauty of fitness and wellness; it’s different for every single person.
